Synergetic IT (Netherlands) is the controller for personal data processed on this website. Questions and requests: contactus@synergetic-it.nl.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources when you browse it. All fonts, images and scripts are served from this site's own domain. Our data is processed exclusively within the European Union by a hosting provider acting as our processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement and holding independently audited security certifications (including ISO/IEC 27001).
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we process your name, business name, e-mail address, message and IP address (the IP is used solely for abuse prevention). Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you send us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your message is delivered to our contactus@synergetic-it.nl mailbox within the European Union and is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, at most 24 months, unless it leads to a business relationship.
LinkedIn follow button
The "Follow" button in the footer loads content from LinkedIn only after you activate it with a click. From that moment LinkedIn receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. Your choice is remembered in your browser, so on later visits the LinkedIn button loads automatically; clear this site's browser data to withdraw that choice. If you never activate it, no data goes to LinkedIn.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time via contactus@synergetic-it.nl. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
